By browsing this website, submitting an enquiry, or paying for a consultation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or our services.

1. About our services

Graha Gyaan provides Vedic astrology consultations, including horoscope (Kundli) preparation, horoscope reading, horoscope matching and related guidance. Services are delivered remotely — by WhatsApp, email, telephone or video call — unless something else is agreed with you in writing.

Some material on this website, such as free chart tools and articles, is provided at no cost. Paid services are delivered only after we receive your birth details and your payment has cleared.

2. Who may use our services

You may use our services only if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. If you request a reading on behalf of another adult, you confirm that you have their permission to share their birth details with us.

We do not knowingly provide paid services to children. We may decline or discontinue service to anyone at our discretion, including where a request is unlawful, abusive, or outside the scope of what we offer.

3. Birth details and accuracy

The quality of any astrological reading depends entirely on the accuracy of the birth information you provide. You are responsible for giving us the correct date, time and place of birth.

Where birth details turn out to be incorrect or incomplete, any reading produced from them may be inaccurate. Re-casting a chart from corrected details is treated as a new service and may be chargeable.

4. Fees, currency and payment

Our current prices are shown on the relevant service pages of this website. Indian customers are charged in Indian Rupees (INR). Non-resident Indian and international customers are charged the corresponding US Dollar (USD) rate shown alongside each service.

• Prices are quoted per service and, unless stated otherwise, cover one consultation for the person whose chart is being read.
• Payments are collected through third-party payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card or banking details.
• Currency conversion charges, international transaction fees and bank charges levied by your card issuer or bank are your responsibility.
• We may revise our prices at any time. A price change does not affect a service you have already paid for.

5. Delivery of services

We aim to deliver written horoscopes and matching reports within the timeframe stated on the relevant service page, usually within 24 to 48 hours of receiving complete birth details and cleared payment. Consultation calls are scheduled by mutual agreement.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Festivals, high demand or incomplete information from you may cause delays. We will tell you if we expect a material delay.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Because each reading is prepared individually for you, our refund position is as follows:

• Before work begins: if you cancel before we have started preparing your chart or report, you may request a full refund.
• After work has begun: once your chart has been cast or your report prepared, the service is considered delivered and fees are generally non-refundable.
• Scheduled consultations: a call may be rescheduled once at no charge if you give us at least 24 hours notice. Missed appointments without notice are treated as delivered.
• Our cancellation: if we are unable to deliver a service you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
• Duplicate or failed payments: these are refunded in full once verified.

Refunds are made to the original payment method. Approved refunds are usually processed within 7 to 10 working days, though your bank may take longer to credit them. A refund will not be issued simply because a reading did not predict what you hoped to hear.

7. Nature of astrological guidance

Astrological readings are interpretive. Two astrologers may read the same chart differently, and our readings reflect the judgement and tradition of our astrologers.

Nothing we provide should be treated as a prediction of certain fact, and you remain solely responsible for your own decisions. In particular, you should not rely on a reading instead of consulting a qualified doctor, lawyer, accountant, financial adviser or mental health professional. If you are in distress or facing a medical emergency, please contact a qualified professional or emergency service.

Remedies we may suggest — such as mantras, charity, gemstones or rituals — are traditional practices offered as suggestions. They are entirely optional, and we will never pressure you into purchases or demand payment to avert a predicted misfortune.

8. Acceptable use

When using this website or our services, you agree not to:

• use them for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• harass, threaten or abuse our astrologers or staff;
• resell, republish or commercially redistribute any reading, report or website content without our written permission;
• copy, scrape, mine or extract content from this website in bulk, including for the purpose of training machine learning or AI models;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers, or any connected system; or
• introduce malware or otherwise interfere with the proper working of the website.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, charts, reports, graphics, layout and the Graha Gyaan name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Graha Gyaan and protected by applicable intellectual property law.

A report we prepare for you is for your own personal use. You may keep and share it privately, but you may not publish it commercially or present it as your own work.

10. Third-party links and services

This website may link to third-party websites and uses third-party payment providers and messaging platforms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, security or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Availability of the website

We try to keep this website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or withdraw any part of the website or any service at any time without notice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Graha Gyaan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, income, opportunity, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of this website or our services — including any decision you take based on a reading.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the service giving rise to that claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

You agree to indemnify Graha Gyaan against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the website, or your infringement of another person's rights — including where you share someone else's birth details with us without their permission.

Your birth details and personal information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when published on this page, and the "last updated" date above will change. Continuing to use the website or our services after that means you accept the updated terms.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ludhiana, Punjab shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of our services.
